Dein Job bei uns:
- Du entwickelst den Onlineshop mit Fokus auf eine überzeugende, performante und geräteübergreifende Customer Experience weiter.
- Du bist für angrenzende Schnittstellen an unseren Onlineshop verantwortlich und entwickelst diese gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen weiter – z. B. ERP, PIM, Econda oder Suchtechnologien.
- Du optimierst die Conversion Rate durch die Konzeption, Durchführung und Analyse von A/B-Tests, sowie gezielten Personalisierungsmaßnahmen weiter.
- Du planst Sprints, pflegst das Backlog, priorisierst Anforderungen und koordinierst unsere externe Web-Agentur.
- Du erstellst präzise User Stories, übernimmst die Abnahme und stellst die Qualität der Umsetzung sicher.
- Du identifizierst relevant E-Commerce-Trends, entwickelst daraus konkrete Konzepte und setzt diese mit dem Team zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Einkaufserlebnisses um.
- Du triffst Entscheidungen auf Basis von Daten, analysierst KPIs und leitest daraus strategische und operative Maßnahmen ab, um den Onlineshop nachhaltig zu optimieren.

Das bringst Du mit:
- Du hast ein Studium im Bereich E-Commerce, Wirtschaft, Digitalisierung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im digitalen Produktmanagement oder im E-Commerce-Umfeld gesammelt.
- Du verstehst, wie Shop-Systeme funktionieren und kennst Dich mit Schnittstellen und Systemlandschaften aus.
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Entwicklerteams und externen Agenturen mit.
- Du hast bereits mit agilen Methoden gearbeitet und kennst Tools wie Jira und Confluence.
- Du bist vertraut mit A/B-Testing, Personalisierung und Webtracking, idealerweise mit Tools wie Econda.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und hast ein gutes Gespür für Kundenerwartungen und User Experience.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
