- Du entwickelst ein tiefes Verständnis für unser Geschäftsmodell, unsere technische Infrastruktur und die Datenlandschaft von unserem Unternehmen
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus Operations, Marketing, Accounting sowie People & Culture identifizierst und integrierst du neue, wertvolle Datenquellen
- Du konzipierst und erstellst durchdachte Dashboards und Reports, die eine fundierte, datenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung ermöglichen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst 2 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Analytics mit
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit SQL und Python zur Datenverarbeitung bringst du idealerweise bereits mit
- Du überzeugst mit umfassenden Kenntnissen in der Datenanalyse, -aufbereitung und -visualisierung sowie einem guten Verständnis für Business Intelligence-Tools und Data-Warehousing-Konzepte
- Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative zeichnen dich aus
- Auch im Austausch mit nicht-technischen Kolleg:innen kommunizierst du klar und verständlich
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
