Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie überwachen die TGA-Gewerke von Neu- und Bestandsprojekten in der Rhein-Main-Neckar-Region
- Sie koordinieren die fachlich Beteiligten
- Sie überprüfen den Baufortschritt in Bezug auf Kosten, Qualität und Zeit
- Sie wirken bei Baubesprechungen und Jour-Fixe-Terminen mit
- Sie sind verantwortlich für das Nachtragsmanagement sowie die Aufmaß- und Leistungskontrolle
- Sie führen regelmäßige Baubegehungen bzw. Leistungsstandkontrollen der TGA-Gewerke mittels Software durch und wirken bei Abnahmen und Rechnungsprüfungen mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versorgungs- bzw. Gebäudetechnik oder eine technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder Meister (m/w/d) in ELT/ HKLS
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit VOB, HOAI, etc. und haben gute Kenntnisse der Regelwerke, Verordnungen und Normen
- Sie beherrschen den sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Sie arbeiten selbständig und verantwortungsbewusst und besitzen Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Überzeugungskraft
- Reisebereitschaft zu den Baustellen in der Rhein-Main-Neckar-Region

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
