Du arbeitest mit mittelständischen Weltmarktführer:innen und bringst KI in deren Arbeitsalltag. Dabei transformierst du Prozesse, führst MS-Copilot ein und baust moderne KI-Infrastrukturen auf Basis von Azure und RAG auf. Ziel ist es, Unternehmen zukunftsfähig zu machen – mit klaren Anwendungsfällen und echter Wirkung.
Deine Aufgaben
- Beratung zu Prozessen, KI-Strategien und KI-Einsatz im Unternehmen
- Aufbau einer KI-Enterprise-Infrastruktur mit Azure
- Gestaltung und Einführung von RAG-Architekturen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler:innen und Koordination technischer Umsetzungen
- Wissenstransfer und Kundencoaching
- Mitgestaltung in der Akquise durch fachliche Beratung
- Erstellung von Erfolgsgeschichten zu umgesetzten Projekten
- Klassisches externes Projektmanagement
- PowerPoint-Feinschliff und Folienverschönerung
- „n8n“-Workflows zusammenklicken
- Beim Kunden im Büro „aufschlagen“, ohne echten Mehrwert zu schaffen
- Bullshit-Bingo im Anzug vor C-Level-Nicht-Technikern

- Verständnis für Maschinenbau oder industrielle Abläufe
- Erfahrung mit RAG-Systemen und Semantic Search

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
