Als Teamleiter Managed IT-Services (m/w/d) führst du unser Team aus 1st Level Support, 2nd Level Support und Service Managementund sorgst dafür, dass Tagesgeschäft, Standards, SLAs und Kommunikation zuverlässig funktionieren – professionell, strukturiert und kundenorientiert.n

Was erwartet dich?

Führung & Organisation

Du übernimmst die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Teams Managed IT-Services.
Du strukturierst das Tagesgeschäft, setzt Prioritäten, steuerst die Kapazitäten, regelst Vertretungen und sorgst für klare Verantwortlichkeiten.
Du coachst und entwickelst die Mitarbeitenden kontinuierlich weiter.
Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Technical Services (Engineering/Projects) zusammen.

Service Desk Betrieb (1st/2nd Level)

Du stellst eine effiziente Ticketbearbeitung im ITSM-System sicher.
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Servicequalität und die Einhaltung der SLAs.
Du sorgst dafür, dass die definierten Abläufe für Incident, Service Request, Access und Change eingehalten werden.
Du baust die Wissensdatenbank, Runbooks und Standardlösungen auf und pflegst sie kontinuierlich.

Service Management (als Teamfunktion – von dir geführt)

Du sorgst dafür, dass Service-Management-Themen im Team professionell umgesetzt werden.
Du stellst gemeinsam mit dem Service Manager die Qualitätssicherung der Service-Kommunikation nach außen sicher.

Hands-on im Tagesgeschäft

Du steuerst nicht nur aus der Theorie, sondern packst bei Bedarf selbst operativ mit an

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Managed Services / Service Desk / IT-Support, idealerweise im Systemhaus/MSP-Umfeld
Du hast erste Erfahrung in Führung oder Koordination (Teamleitung, fachliche Verantwortung, Ansprechpersonrolle o. ä.)
Du besitzt ein sehr gutes Verständnis typischer Kund:innenumgebungen: Windows Client/Server, Active Directory, M365 (Exchange/Teams/SharePoint)
Du kennst dich mit Netzwerk-Grundlagen aus (VLAN, Routing, DNS/DHCP, VPN) und verfügst über Security-Basics (MFA, Endpoint Protection, Patchmanagement)
Du hast Routine im Arbeiten mit ITSM-/Ticketsystemen und strukturierten Prozessen (SLA, Prioritäten, Kategorien, Eskalationen, Workflows)
Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C2) und fließend auf Englisch (C1)
