Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie setzen Marketing- und Ansprache-Aktionen zu finanzwirtschaftlichen Bedarfen um, unter Beachtung der Kanalaffinität der Kund:innen
- Sie führen beratungsnahe Tätigkeiten durch und kümmern sich um Kundenbindungsaufgaben, Revitalisierung ruhender Kundenbeziehungen sowie Kundenrückgewinnung
- Sie beraten und betreuen Privatkund:innen eigenverantwortlich
- Sie pflegen und bauen Ihre zugeordneten Kundenbeziehungen aus und erkennen sowie setzen die Bedürfnisse Ihrer Kund:innen um
- Sie vereinbaren aktiv und passiv Termine und verkaufen Finanzdienstleistungen der Bank und der Verbundpartner
- Sie gewinnen neue Kund:innen und damit neue Marktanteile und stellen eine hohe Servicequalität sicher
