Als Produktmanager*in (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für ein zukunftsweisendes Produktportfolio im Bereich industrieller Hardware und Lösungen für kritische Infrastrukturen. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produkte technisch überzeugen, wirtschaftlich erfolgreich sind und exakt das liefern, was unsere Kunden wirklich brauchen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst die Produktvision, definierst die Roadmap und stellst sicher, dass unsere Produkte marktgerecht positioniert und langfristig erfolgreich sind
- Du verantwortest ein Produktportfolio – von der Idee über Weiterentwicklungen bis hin zu Übergängen und End‑of‑Life‑Prozessen
- Du analysierst Marktanforderungen, holst systematisch Kundenfeedback ein, leitest daraus fundierte Entscheidungen ab und arbeitest eng mit R&D zusammen, um Produkte und Features zielgerichtet umzusetzen
- Du bereitest Produkteinführungen vor, definierst Einführungspreise und unterstützt Vertrieb und Marketing mit Trainings, Wissen und Unterlagen
- Du koordinierst zwischen Entwicklung, Vertrieb, Marketing und Support und stellst sicher, dass alle Produktunterlagen aktuell und verfügbar sind

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL mit technischem Fokus, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast Erfahrung im Produktmanagement oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle – idealerweise im Umfeld Industriehardware, Automatisierung, OT/IT oder kritische Infrastruktur
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein solides technisches Verständnis für Industriecomputer, Embedded Systeme, Netzwerktechnologien oder industrielle Kommunikation aus
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit
- Du arbeitest hands-on, eigenverantwortlich, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert
- Du besitzt fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
