Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Diagnostik, Beratung und Behandlung von Patient:innen mit dem gesamten Spektrum orthopädischer und unfallchirurgischer Krankheitsbilder.
- Sie führen selbstständig ambulante Operationen durch und verantworten die postoperative Nachsorge, um eine lückenlose Versorgung sicherzustellen.
- Sie entwickeln individuelle Therapiepläne, die sowohl konservative als auch operative Ansätze umfassen, und steuern das Überweisungsmanagement.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern stellen Sie eine ganzheitliche Patientenversorgung sicher.
- Sie gewährleisten durch eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Dokumentation die Einhaltung höchster Qualitätsstandards in der ambulanten Versorgung.

- Eine selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Als kommunikationsstarke und teamfähige Persönlichkeit schätzen Sie die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit.
- Idealerweise verfügen Sie bereits über Erfahrung im MVZ- oder Praxisumfeld.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
