Dein Aufgabenfeld:
- Entwicklung und Integration von KI-Funktionalitäten in unsere Anwendung Smarty
- Design und Implementierung von AI-Features auf Basis moderner LLMs und APIs
- Anbindung von KI-Modellen an bestehende Backend-Systeme und Services
- Evaluierung und Optimierung von LLMs hinsichtlich Qualität, Latenz und Kosten
- Beobachtung und Integration neuer AI-/LLM-Trends in unsere Produkte
- Datenaufbereitung und -verarbeitung für robuste AI-Anwendungsfälle (z. B. RAG, Prompting)
- Betrieb, Monitoring und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von AI-Services (z. B. botario, justaddai)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement und Entwicklungsteam

- Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik abgeschlossen – idealerweise mit ersten Praxisprojekten im AI-Umfeld
- Du bist sicher in der Softwareentwicklung (z. B. Python, TypeScript, Java) mit Fokus auf Backend-Architekturen und API-Integrationen
- Du verfolgst gespannt aktuelle AI-/LLM-Trends und brennst darauf, diese technologischen Innovationen in realen Anwendungen umzusetzen
- Du beherrschst die Aufbereitung und Verarbeitung von Daten und bewegst dich sicher im (Healthcare-)Umfeld
- Du begleitest KI-Modelle in produktiven Systemen und verantwortest deren Betrieb, Monitoring sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe AI-Use-Cases produktnah und performant umzusetzen und dabei eng mit Produkt- und Entwicklungsteams zu interagieren

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
