Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie begleiten Ihre Kund:innen ganzheitlich auf dem Weg in die eigenen vier Wände und entwickeln als zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in maßgeschneiderte Konzepte für die Wohnbaufinanzierung.
- Sie analysieren die finanzielle Situation Ihrer Kund:innen, prüfen relevante Unterlagen und erstellen passgenaue Finanzierungsangebote, auch unter Einbeziehung öffentlicher Fördermittel.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Kundenberater:innen und Spezialist:innen aus unserem Haus stellen Sie eine nahtlose und kompetente Betreuung sicher.
- Sie pflegen aktiv Ihren Kundenstamm, nutzen digitale Medien zur Kontaktaufnahme und gewinnen durch Ihre überzeugende Beratung neue Interessent:innen für die Bank.
- Als Fachexpert:in für Baufinanzierung teilen Sie Ihr Wissen proaktiv im Team und bei Informationsveranstaltungen, um unsere Marktposition weiter zu stärken.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann / zur Bankkauffrau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Sie bringen bereits Kenntnisse in der Wohnbaufinanzierung mit, idealerweise inklusive öffentlicher Fördermittel.
- Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit treten Sie sicher sowie kunden- und zielorientiert auf.
- Sie sind ein echter Teamplayer und fühlen sich im Umgang mit digitalen Medien sicher.
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
