- Handeln als CEO des Projektes (Repräsentant des Unternehmens)
- Fachliche Führung und Management des Projektteams
- Management von Projektchancen und –risiken
- Steuerung des Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagements
- Führen des Stakeholder- und Kommunikationsmanagements
- Management der Ressourcen (Bedarfsermittlung, Anforderung, Integration)
- Verantwortung für das Erreichen der Projektziele (Projektergebnis, Termine, HSEQ)
- Mitwirken an Vertriebs- und Marketingprozessen
- Bewerten von Ausschreibungsunterlagen (Support bei Angebotstätigkeiten)
- Steuerung und Überwachung der Projekt-IT-Infrastruktur
- Einbindung aller durch das Projekt betroffenen Stabstellen sowie Treffen von Entscheidungen und Einbeziehung der verschiedenen Interessen
- interne und externe Projektberichterstattung
- Teilnahme an allen projektbezogenen Entscheidungsprozessen innerhalb der Betriebsorganisation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Ingenieurs- bzw. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens
- mindestens 5-jährige Berufserfahrung als Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) im Anlagenbau für Projekte > 100 MIO€
- Eine anerkannte Projekt-Management-Zertifizierung (PMI, IPMA o.ä.) ist von Vorteil
- mindestens 5-jährige Erfahrung in der Verhandlungsführung komplexer rechtlicher und/oder finanzieller Sachverhalte
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse von Projektmanagementtools (Mitkalkulation, Budgetplanung, Projektstatusbericht o.ä.)
- verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, auch in komplexen Matrixorganisationen
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen im In- und europäischen Ausland (ca. 25%)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
