Deine Reise mit uns:
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das Finanzcontrolling in der Region EMEA bei uns
- Du bist zuständig für die Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse sowie für die Überwachung der Finanzplanung und -analyse
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Finanzberichterstattung und Prognosen, einschließlich der Aufbereitung der Zahlen für die US-amerikanische Muttergesellschaft
- Als rechte Hand und Business Partner des CFO unterstützt du aktiv bei finanzbezogenen Entscheidungen und Maßnahmen
- Du gewährleistest die Qualitätskontrolle von Finanztransaktionen und -berichten, um die Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit der Finanzdaten sicherzustellen
- Durch Analyse und Überarbeitung bestehender Finanzprozesse strebst du eine Rationalisierung der Abläufe an. Zudem entwickelst und dokumentierst du bei Bedarf neue Prozesse und Finanzrichtlinien
- Zusätzlich übernimmst du Sonderprojekte nach Bedarf, um die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Finanzbereichs zu unterstützen

Qualifikationen, die unserer Vision entsprechen:
- Du verfügst über mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Finanzwesen/Controlling eines mittelständischen produzierenden Industrieunternehmens.
- Als proaktiver Problemlöser mit einem talentierten Händchen für Projektmanagement und die Implementierung skalierbarer Systeme trägst du maßgeblich zum Erfolg des Unternehmens bei.
- Du beherrschst MS-Office-Programme sicher, insbesondere Microsoft Excel
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in Business Intelligence. Eine generelle IT-Affinität unterstützt dich bei der Bewältigung deiner Aufgaben.
- Deine sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
