Mitarbeiter Kundenservice und Forderungsmanagement Energie (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust Bestandskund:innen (Stammdatenmanagement, Klärung von Anliegen und Fragen, Kundenbindungsmaßnahmen)
- Du bist im Vertrieb von Erdgas-, Ökostrom- und Energiedienstleistungsprodukten im Tarifkundenbereich tätig und setzt dich vertrieblich bei Events ein
- Du übernimmst die telefonische, persönliche und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung im Forderungsmanagement
- Du leitest Hilfsmaßnahmen zur Wiederherstellung der Zahlungsfähigkeit der Kund:innen ein, z. B. durch Vereinbarung und Überwachung von Ratenplänen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Energiebranche sowie im Kundenservice / Forderungsmanagement
- Du zeigst eine hohe Kundenorientierung und hast Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich Gas- und Stromvertrieb sowie bei Energiedienstleistungen
- Du besitzt gute Softwarekenntnisse in einem Abrechnungs- & ERP-System (idealerweise SIV kVASy) sowie in Microsoft Office
- Du bist eine motivierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in mit Eigeninitiative und einem hohen Maß an Flexibilität

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
