Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest den Produkterfolg durch kontinuierliches Projektcontrolling und KPI-Analysen, um die Wirksamkeit und Effizienz unserer digitalen Lösungen stetig zu verbessern
- Du leitest deine Projekte im Dreieck der Qualität, Dauer und Kosten und erreichst Erfolg durch frühzeitiges Gegensteuern bei Risiken
- Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für die Anforderungen unserer 7 Sales- und Customer-Services Teams in Europa und gewährleistest die nahtlose Integration und Optimierung unserer Sales-Prozesse bei der Einführung unseres neuen CRMs und ERPs
- Du koordinierst interne Ressourcen und arbeitest eng mit externen Dienstleistern zusammen, um die Projektanforderungen effizient zu erfüllen und die Zusammenarbeit zu optimieren
- Du förderst mit kreativen Ideen und einem starken Verantwortungsbewusstsein das Zeit- und Ressourcenmanagement und trägst maßgeblich zum Projekterfolg bei
- Du analysierst Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Trend-Entwicklungen, um die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit unserer Produkte und Services zu sichern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung in einer verantwortungsvollen Position als Product Owner (m/w/d) oder Projektmanager:in, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt auf digitale Transformationen
- Du hast erfolgreich Projekte im Bereich ERP- und CRM-Integrationen abgeschlossen
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein starkes Verständnis für die technischen Anforderungen digitaler Transformationen
- Du arbeitest pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert und hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe Herausforderungen effektiv zu meistern
- Du besitzt exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch und die Kompetenz, internationale und interdisziplinäre Teams zu führen und zu motivieren

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
