Event Production Manager für B2B Events (m/f/d)
Now we are looking for an Event Production Manager (m/w/d) for the Aurora Live business network to plan, lead and produce events for our DACH markets from our Berlin or Amsterdam office.
What will you spend most of your time on?
- You are responsible for the event portfolio for our DACH markets
- You work alongside our other Event Production Manager (m/f/d) and together ensure you have an attractive event portfolio
- You cooperate with market leads and other customer journey stakeholders to ensure that what we deliver is in line with customer needs by providing insights on your expertise area
- You lead the event execution with support from our other functions to ensure a flawless production and finally see the result of your hard work
- You ensure a seamless, engaging and overall great customer experience before, during and after the event that makes our attendees want to come back for more!

- Base salary plus a bonus potential of maximum 6000 €/ half year for over performance

What we are looking for:
- You have a sense of urgency and a genuine “can-do” attitude, therefore you are not afraid to take on a new challenge!
- You are the on-site “Circus Ringmaster” during the event day - whatever it is, you have it under control
- You see yourself as a multitasker and planner at heart who can manage competing priorities efficiently
- You are able to effectively communicate and lead the internal team to ensure the event objectives - people have trust in you and your decisions!
- You understand tendering costs and event budgets and ensure a high event margin
- You speak German and English fluently

- Interview via videocall: you will meet the hiring manager. There you can learn how the job will be like in specific. The conversation will be in English.
- Final interview at the office or via videocall: you will meet the other team managers.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
