Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest proaktiv alle Bereiche der Finanzbuchhaltung in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem kaufmännischen Leiter (u.a. Debitoren- / Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Rechnungs- und Mahnwesen, Reisekostenabrechnung)
- Du erstellst Reportings & Forecasts und unterstützt bei der Finanzplanung
- Du entwickelst die Liquiditätsplanung und monatliche Soll-Ist-Vergleiche sowie ad-hoc Auswertungen
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
- Durch dein aktives Engagement bei Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprozessen erleichterst du unsere Finanzprozesse.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du konntest bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung (mind. 2-4 Jahre) z.B. im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, in der Buchhaltung, im Steuerwesen, im Beraterumfeld oder vergleichbar sammeln
- Du bringst eine kaufmännische Ausbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder ein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften/Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt im Finanzwesen mit
- Du kennst dich mit der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB aus und hast bereits mit Datev / Datev Unternehmen Online gearbeitet
- Du hast gute praktische Erfahrungen mit Excel, insbesondere mit Pivot-Tabellen
- Du kannst Analysen aus einer BWA ziehen und verfügst über ein fundiertes Wissen zu steuerlichen Themen
- Deine analytische, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise runden dein Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
